What to Expect…

Welcome to MidSouth Packers! We are a TA-USDA inspected, state-of-the-art facility offering processing for beef. We offer the choice of having your product processed under inspection or custom exempt for home use. We plan to add processing for lamb and goats later this year.

We receive cattle between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. and all cattle must be able to walk off the trailer.

When you drop off you will be asked to sign a Drug Residue and Age of Animal form. This states that it is your responsibility to know the violative levels of substance residue when you bring an animal to slaughter. Also, we need to know if any animal presented is over the age of 30 months because it requires special handling.
